Clear boundaries for website and campaign data.

Genesis BioFoundry uses the information you submit to respond to campaign and scheduling requests. We do not put submitted protein sequences, assay objectives, files, notes, or contact details into advertising analytics.

Information you provide

Campaign intake may include contact details, organization, filenames, sequences or design objectives, technical notes, and the requested follow-up path. This information is stored in our application database and used to deliver the requested service, qualify technical scope, prepare quote options, and maintain the customer workspace.

Attribution and optional analytics

We retain first-touch campaign parameters such as UTM values and Google click identifiers so we can understand which outreach or advertisement led to a request. Optional analytics and advertising storage remain denied until you select “Allow analytics.” When enabled, Google Tag Manager can receive neutral funnel events such as a campaign plan being generated or a review being requested—not biological content or personally identifying form fields.

Service providers

We use service providers for application hosting, database storage, scheduling, customer chat, and—with consent—site analytics. Opening the Cal.com scheduling interface or enabling chat may send standard connection information to those providers under their own privacy terms.

Retention, security, and requests

We retain records for as long as needed to handle a request, provide the service, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform. Access is restricted operationally. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@genesisbiofoundry.com.

This notice covers genesisbiofoundry.com. Contractual data rights, confidentiality, and assay-specific handling are confirmed during technical review and in the applicable agreement.
